Ever thought what it would be like to be a rodeo clown or queen? Two lucky youngsters will have won that opportunity! One youngster will tag along with our rodeo clown and barrel man, Waylon Marshall and another will ride with royalty as they live the rodeo life for an afternoon! How much fun is that? You won’t be able to miss them; they’ll be wearing big smiles in the VIP seats at the performance!
It isn’t just about luck tonight as one youngster treats his or her family to a night at the rodeo courtesy of the Colouring Contest! Li’l wranglers have been busy with their crayons and it’s time to ante up a reward for their effort. Congratulations to the winner for some fancy artwork! Enjoy the Friday Family night performance!

Because Breast Cancer can affect the lives of so many, those in the world of professional rodeo have made it their business to raise awareness and funds for the fight against breast cancer! Join us in this fight as this rodeo performance sees the cowboys, cowgirls, rodeo committee and royalty demonstrate their commitment to this cause. It’s Tough Enough to Wear Pink night – don’t miss it!
Children of all ages are invited to the ATCO Li’l Britches Corral where everyone has free admission to the rodeo arena to have their faces painted, go for a horseback ride, learn to rope, cavort with mascots, and catch a glimpse of the outside from inside a rodeo clown’s barrel. Too wild and wooly for you? How about a photo taken with rodeo royalty or a visit with a cowboy poet? There is fun for everyone! Drop by the arena grounds from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. Be one of the first 50 Li'l Britches to stampede through our doors at high noon and you'll wrangle yerself a free straw hat! NOTE: an adult MUST accompany children under the age of 9.
You just haven’t been to the 2008 edition of the Jasper Heritage Rodeo, if you haven’t been to the rodeo dance. The grown up fun starts Saturday evening at 9 pm in the curling arena (same building as the rodeo). You won’t want to miss the ever popular balloon drop nearing the end of the night. Stick around for the boot stompin’ that will culminate in someone winning a trip for 2 to the 2008 Canadian Finals Rodeo in Edmonton.
